Payment Policy

These procedures apply to accessory orders from KW Lash Lounge LLC in the United States. All amounts are USD.

1. What happens at checkout

Checkout records an order request. It does not collect a card payment, initiate a transfer or automatically accept the order. After successful submission you see a reference; retain it for questions. Our team contacts you to confirm availability, delivery and acceptance. We do not promise an automatic invoice email or instant payment verification.

2. How an accepted order is paid

The available method after acceptance is manual bank transfer using genuine merchant instructions supplied separately. Payment is due within 7 calendar days of acceptance. Do not use bank details copied from an unrelated message or make a transfer before acceptance. No banking details are published or invented here. If instructions appear to change, verify them through the exact contact channels below before paying.

3. Currency and trusted totals

All product and shipping amounts are USD and include any applicable sales tax. Additional checkout tax is $0.00. Delivery costs $6.95, free from $75.00 in merchandise. The server calculates totals using actual catalogue variants and quantities; changing a browser price cannot change the amount. Review the cart before you send the request and ask about any discrepancy before payment.

4. Availability and preparation

Cart availability is not a promise of acceptance or a supplier reservation. We confirm acceptance before requesting payment. Preparation starts on the next business day after acceptance and cleared payment, not simply when you click submit. Preparation 1–2 business days plus transit 3–6 gives a 4–8 business-day estimate, subject to the Shipping Policy.

5. Failed and duplicate requests

If validation fails or the request cannot be saved, the page explains the problem and keeps the cart and entered draft so you can correct or retry it. Use the same form for a retry. A repeat of an already saved request from that checkout returns the same reference rather than creating a second order. If you are unsure whether two different requests were sent, contact us with any references before making payment. Do not send multiple transfers to resolve a browser error.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund and no cancellation fee. After dispatch, preference and merchant-fault returns follow the Returns & Refunds Policy. Approved return refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection or accepted defect evidence where return is waived. Refunds use the original method; manual transfers return only to the verified original payer account. No card acquiring, cash-on-delivery or automatic bank verification is offered.

7. Keep payment information safe

Never include card details, bank passwords or account-access codes in checkout notes or a product email. For a suspected payment-instruction problem, stop and contact KW Lash Lounge LLC using the phone or email below. We resolve order queries directly; the FTC ReportFraud channel linked in the Terms of Sale is for reporting suspected fraud, not individual refund adjudication.
