Privacy Policy

These procedures apply to accessory orders from KW Lash Lounge LLC in the United States. All amounts are USD.

1. Information you provide

When you send an order request, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, shipping address, selected SKU, quantity, notes and the request reference. We use the details to assess the request, contact you about acceptance and arrange delivery and any return. Please keep medical information, card numbers, bank passwords and unnecessary personal details out of order notes.

2. Cart, security and technical data

A site-scoped session links your browser to the cart and checkout draft. We process a security token to protect forms and a session binding to prevent a different session from retrieving your request. Server security records may include the requested route, time, browser information and IP address. We use these records to investigate abuse and maintain reliable ordering, not to create advertising profiles.

3. Who may receive information

Merchant personnel who handle orders may access the necessary records. Hosting and backup providers process data to operate the site; postal or courier services receive the delivery details needed to transport an accepted order. A bank receives the information involved in a later manual transfer. We do not enroll buyers in marketing, sell personal data, or provide order notes to advertising networks. There is no online card capture or automatic invoice-email service on this site.

4. Retention limits

• Order requests: 24 months, unless a specific legal hold is necessary and documented.
• Abandoned server drafts: up to 30 days; checkout contact details expire after 120 minutes of inactivity.
• Security logs: 30 days.
• Backup copies expire within 30 days after active deletion.

The request retention period is our operating limit, not a statement that every US tax law requires the same period. Limited evidence may be retained where required for an unresolved dispute or legal duty; we explain any applicable hold.

5. Access, correction and deletion

Email [email protected] with the order reference and what you want to access, correct or delete. We proportionately verify your identity before sharing or changing order information. We respond within 30 calendar days, remove optional records and explain any information that must remain. Do not send an identity document unless we specifically explain why it is needed. Backup deletion completes within 30 days after active deletion.

6. Your choices and safeguards

You may shop without submitting personal contact details; an address and email are needed to make an order request. Keep your browser and device secure and do not share a checkout session on a public device. The site uses restricted private order storage and access controls, but no service can promise absolute security. Contact us promptly if you believe your request details have been exposed.

7. Cookies and policy changes

The Cookie Policy lists actual browser storage and preference lifetimes. No optional analytics or advertising trackers run at launch. Future changes to processing will be explained here; this policy does not remove rights that apply under law.
