Terms of Sale

These procedures apply to accessory orders from KW Lash Lounge LLC in the United States. All amounts are USD.

1. Your seller and assortment

KW Lash Lounge LLC, company number 20261593481, supplies the lash brushes and cosmetic headbands described in this store. The contact address below is for business correspondence and instructed returns, not public shopping or pickup. This is an accessory store, not appointment booking or a medical service.

2. Specifications before selection

Each product page states the construction, material, dimensions, selling unit, color and selected SKU. Compare the stated measurements rather than estimating size from a photograph. Displays and lighting may affect the appearance of color. No universal fit, treatment result, sterile supply, autoclave compatibility or compatibility with every cosmetic product is promised. Follow the specific care guidance and discontinue use of a damaged accessory.

3. Request, review and acceptance

Adding to cart does not reserve stock. Submitting checkout records an order request with a reference; it is not an automatic acceptance or payment. We contact you to confirm availability, delivery details and acceptance. Do not send payment until you have the merchant’s acceptance and real transfer instructions. If we cannot supply the requested item, we explain the position without silently substituting another SKU.

4. Prices, shipping and tax

All prices are USD. Listed product prices and shipping charges include any applicable sales tax; no extra tax is added at checkout. Shipping is $6.95, or free when merchandise reaches $75.00 before shipping. No discounts operate at launch. The server calculates prices and totals from the selected SKU, not from a browser-supplied price. A clear pricing error will be discussed before acceptance; you may decline revised terms.

5. Payment and cancellation

Accepted orders use manual bank transfer with genuine instructions supplied separately. Payment is due within 7 calendar days of acceptance. You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund, with no cancellation fee. Contact us with the reference as soon as possible; after dispatch the Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

6. Delivery and delay

We serve the contiguous 48 states and DC only, without PO boxes or public pickup. Preparation is 1–2 business days after acceptance and cleared payment; transit is 3–6, total 4–8 business days. These are operating estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date or a claim of a contracted carrier. If a delay is known before payment, we explain the revised terms; you may cancel or receive a refund if you decline them. See the Shipping Policy for timing and problem-reporting details.

7. Returns and product problems

Our preference-return procedure permits notice within 30 calendar days of delivery for unused, unwashed goods with supplied components and packaging, subject to hygiene limits. Defective or wrong goods are handled separately; inspection without use does not itself waive applicable rights. No launch clearance or blanket final-sale exception applies. 8. Resolving a concern

Contact the merchant first with your reference, the issue and your preferred resolution. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. You may report suspected consumer fraud to the Federal Trade Commission through ReportFraud. The FTC reporting channel does not adjudicate a refund or guarantee recovery in an individual dispute. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law gives you.
